At Cambrai Court we have 12 fantastic newly renovated serviced offices to let. Whilst retaining the original Edwardian features the offices are light, spacious and contemporary and range in size from a large 2 man office up to a comfortable 6 man office (please click on the link below to view the floor plans of the offices). These offices can be rented out individually or combined with others to create a suite of offices.
There are three floors of offices and each floor has its own kitchen and lavatory facilities, including disabled facilities on the ground floor. These facilities have all been finished to a very high spec and refreshments are provided in all three kitchens.
We have an internal phone system here at Cambrai Court enabling each business to have as many direct lines, phone handsets and extensions as they like. High speed broadband connections are also in place to enable companies to be up and running as soon as they move in. All offices have the latest technology installed including CAT 5/CAT 6 cabled throughout.
We offer affordable and flexible leases, short and long term, and there are no service charges so all rates are included. Daily office cleaning, refreshments, brand new office furniture, signage and parking are also included and there is additional free car parking available along the residential roads on either side of the Stratford Road; a moments walk from the offices.
There is also a stunning and professional boardroom on the ground floor which is available to hire by the hour or we offer a very competitive day rate. The boardroom seats twelve comfortably around the impressive boardroom table and refreshments are available on request.

The offices are accessible 24/7 and entry is gained via a digitally coded front door. To ensure peace of mind we also have a digital alarm system and CCTV cameras are positioned outside.
